Shalom and Welcome!
The Olive Branch is a truly unique experience. We refer to ourselves
as "A Blend of Believers." We are part of the family of our Messiah,
Yeshua (Jesus). Although we come from many backgrounds, we
have one common interest in remembering the Sabbath day and
keeping it holy. We love Israel and enjoy many traditions of our
Hebrew roots. We celebrate in keeping all the Feasts of the Lord.
Our focus is "keeping the main thing, the main thing." Our worship
includes anointed Praise and Worship style songs that ushers us into
the presence of Yehovah. The teaching is practical with an emphasis
on staying "balanced" as we enjoy the journey of returning to our
Hebraic roots.
Many first time visitors have commented they felt the presence of the
Holy Spirit when they first walked in. Many have testified they felt
right at home from the beginning. Our desire is for you to find The
Olive Branch to be a place of safety and refuge where you will find
love, acceptance and forgiveness.
The children often meet in a separate room during the teaching, but
it is not mandatory. After worship we conclude with fellowship and
dessert. We love each other and enjoy being together as family.
We are also a missions-driven congregation, reaching out to the
oppressed. Through a divine appointment while in Israel during
Sukkot in 2007, we met Bishop Evans Thompson who pastors a small
congregation in Akwa Ibom, Nigeria and also runs the James 1:27
Orphanage for abandoned children and a school. Through this
meeting we were able to help them financially with food, clean water,
clothing, medical supplies, and a van. Our on-going support helps
feed the orphans once a day for a month. We have been called to
be "a father to the fatherless." We also support other local,
State-wide, and Central America ministries with our tithes and
offerings.
We invite you to visit and experience the life-changing presence of
our Heavenly Father as we worship Him in unity!
